🧾 Wired by Noah Warranty Policy

Coverage

All custom harnesses built by Wired by Noah are covered under a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Repair or replacement of the affected portion of the harness at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect installation, pinning changes, or modification by third parties.
Improper ECU setup, short circuits, or external wiring faults.
Physical damage from heat, fluid contamination, abrasion, or collision.
Corrosion due to improper environmental protection or exposure.

Process

To file a warranty claim:

Contact Noah’s Automotive Wiring Solutions at info@wiredbynoah.com with your name, project details, and proof of purchase.
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
Upon approval, ship the affected harness or section to the address provided.

We’ll inspect and repair or replace the affected components as needed. Turnaround time may vary depending on workload and part availability.

Responsibility

Wired by Noah is not responsible for:

Labor, towing, diagnostic, or installation costs.
Loss of use, time, or consequential damages.

Customer Agreement

By submitting a harness order or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty.
