How it Works 

Online Ordering Process

We make ordering your custom wiring harness or service as simple and transparent as possible. Here’s how it works from start to finish:

1. Submit a Quote Request

Fill out the Quote Form on our website.
Include as much detail as possible about your project:

  • Vehicle make, model, and year

  • Engine and ECU being used

  • Desired harness type (Daily Driver, Motorsport, or Milspec)

  • Any add-ons or custom requests

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your request was received.

2. Quote Review & Estimate

Within 1–3 business days, we’ll review your request and send you a detailed quote.
This includes:

  • Parts and labor breakdown

  • Estimated build time

  • Total cost and required deposit

3. Deposit & Project Approval

To begin your order, a 50% deposit is required.
Payments can be made securely through the link provided in your quote.
Once payment is received, your spot in the build queue is reserved.

4. Design & Build

We’ll begin designing and building your harness or wiring solution based on your approved specs.
During this stage, we may contact you for any clarifications or updates.
Estimated build times typically range from 2–6 weeks, depending on project complexity.

5. Final Payment & Testing

Once your build is complete and tested, we’ll send final photos and documentation.
The remaining 50% balance is due before shipping or pickup.

6. Shipping or Pickup

After the final payment clears, your order will be:

  • Shipped with tracking and insurance, or

  • Available for local pickup by appointment

7. Warranty & Support

Every harness is covered under our Limited Warranty (see Warranty page).
